APCO LTD – Technician

An opportunity has arisen for interested candidates to join APCO Limited technical teams as a technician.

Based in Malta and reporting to the Lead Technical Officers, the selected candidate will be part of a team responsible for installations, repair and maintenance of various solutions provided by APCO including but not limited to – intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, point of sale systems, automated queuing and cash management solutions such as Automated Teller Machines, Teller cash recyclers, bulk deposit machines, note counters and coin counters.

The Requirements

The selected candidate will be customer-focused, pro-active and able to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are required for the position being offered. Moreover, a valid, clean, driving license is required. Ideally the successful candidate will possess a minimum of one year’s experience in a technical role.

Preference will be given to candidates in possession of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in an electrical engineering or Information Technology discipline. Furthermore, the successful candidate will preferably be in procession of an electrical license A and license B certification.
