APCOPAY – Customer Experience Representative

APCOPAY is seeking to recruit a Customer Experience Representative within the company’s Operational team.

Forming part of Harvest Group, Apcopay is an Innovation-driven Payments Specialist dedicated to providing businesses with all they need to Accept Payments from Anywhere. Powered by IPSYON, ApcoPay is an eCommerce Payments Aggregator – Offering 40+ Acquiring Banks and 240+ Payment Options reaching customers worldwide.

The Position 

Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the Customer Experience Representative acts as the customer’s first point of contact in support cases. The Customer Experience Representative must perform multiple functions effectively and simultaneously. Duties may vary slightly; however, core responsibilities include answering inbound requests through various channels (E-mail, Phone, Chat, Ticketing System) in a timely and friendly manner whilst providing timely solutions to reported problems, following up to customer requests, escalating to other teams when required and performing scheduled checks and specific monitoring tasks. The Customer Experience Representative will also be responsible for supporting merchants in the integration of websites to ApcoPay’s platform.

The Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be technically proficient. Fluency in the English language is a must, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous. Ideal candidates would possess experience in a customer care role. Preference will be given to candidates with basic knowledge and experience in Web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, APIs, etc); however, training will be provided on the job.

A remuneration package commensurate to the applicant’s experience and ability to display aptitude shall be offered to the right candidate.
