Harvest Technology plc is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join its team as a Marketing & Digital Lead. The Marketing & Digital Lead will act as brand guardian for Harvest and its subsidiaries, working to elevate each company’s presence, position a portfolio of offerings, safeguard brand integrity, and maximise return on investment.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing & Digital Lead is responsible for planning and executing strategic marketing, position brands according to business objectives, and elevate employee voice. The Marketing & Digital Lead works with senior management across the group to design and implement campaigns for various channels, from digital, social and web to drive sales and market growth.
The role involves supporting business leaders to design narrative, identify opportunities for compelling storytelling, shape and implement engaging campaigns, provide support in events planning and increase brand visibility. Additionally, the Marketing & Digital Lead provides direction to agencies and partners, and reports on results and market research and trends to senior teams to ensure alignment with business objectives in Malta and internationally. Finally, the Marketing & Digital Lead works closely with the Human Resources team to design and implement key initiatives relating to employer branding and people.

The preferred candidate will possess a university degree or tertiary level qualification in strategic marketing, business management or a relevant field, and be able to demonstrate some experience with a brand. A passion for technology, data, and digital marketing will be considered a major asset. The ability to demonstrate a track record of driving conversions through marketing and generating engagement on social media to segmented audiences will be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, have excellent communication, presentation and project management skills, the curiosity and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to think with agility and connect easily with others.
