We are pleased to announce that Mr Peter Ekmark has joined Harvest Technology PLC as Chief Executive Officer.

Peter will primarily support the Managing Directors of the subsidiaries to scale their business activity successfully and sustainably both locally and internationally. Peter will also lead potential investment opportunities, drive new product development and also take over day-to-day activities of APCO Systems.

Peter brings more than 25 years of experience in various managerial and executive positions within iGaming, Media and the Telecom industry. He joins Harvest Technology PLC from Internet Vikings International where he held the position of CEO for the past three years. Peter was previously in senior roles at William Hill and Kindred Group PLC.

Peter has a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science and Communications Engineering from Lund University, Sweden.

The Board of Directors extends its appreciation to Chris Fenech, who occupied the position of interim CEO for the last six months and was instrumental in steering the business pending the permanent appointment of a new CEO. Mr Fenech will continue serving in his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.
